Most single items run $99–$150, a quarter truckload lands around $200–$280, and a full truckload runs $500–$650 in most US metros in 2026. The price is based on how much space your items fill in the truck, plus disposal fees for things like mattresses, tires and freon appliances. We confirm an exact, all-in price on site before we load a single thing.
In most cases we offer same-day or next-day pickup with a two-hour arrival window. Book before noon and we can usually come out the same afternoon. For urgent move-out deadlines or closing dates, tell us the date and we will work around it.
Yes — we are a licensed hauler carrying general liability and workers' compensation insurance, so a scuffed wall or a crew injury is on us, not you. Always ask any junk company for proof of insurance; an uninsured 'guy with a truck' can leave you liable for injuries on your own property.
By law we can't haul hazardous materials: wet paint, solvents, gasoline, propane tanks, asbestos and most chemicals. Your county hazardous-waste drop-off takes those, and we'll point you to the nearest one. Almost everything else — hot tubs, pianos, appliances, exercise equipment, whole sheds — we handle.
Donation and recycling come first: usable furniture and clothing go to local charities, metal and electronics to certified recyclers. Roughly 60% of what we haul stays out of the landfill. If you'd like a donation receipt for tax purposes, just ask and we'll get you one.
Not necessarily. For curbside or garage pickups you can leave the items accessible, we'll send before-and-after photos, and you can pay by phone or text. For inside-the-home jobs, someone should be there to let us in and approve the final price.
